Le Roi et le prince héritier d’Arabie Saoudite félicitent Bassirou Diomaye Faye

Sen24.info – Le Serviteur des deux Saintes mosquée, Salmane ben Abdelaziz Al Saoud et le prince héritier d’Arabie Saoudite, Mohammed ben Salmane ben Abdelaziz Al Saoud, ont adressé leurs félicitations au président Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye pour sa victoire à l’élection présidentielle du 24 mars, a-t-on appris de source diplomatique.

Ces félicitations font suite à l’investiture du nouveau chef de l’Etat sénégalais pour un mandat de cinq ans à la tête du pays, a indiqué la représentation diplomatique saoudienne au Sénégal.

Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye, élu dès le premier tour du scrutin présidentiel du 24 mars dernier avec 54, 28 % est officiellement entré en fonction mardi après avoir prêté serment devant le Conseil constitutionnel et effectué la passation de pouvoir avec son prédécesseur, Macky Sall.
